Refund policy

 **Pre-Order Policy**
By pre-ordering, you acknowledge that your order will not be shipped immediately. Pre-ordering
allows you to reserve your item(s) in advance, and these orders will be processed and fulfilled as
soon as the product becomes available. Estimated delivery for pre-orders is February 2024.


**Sales, Refunds, and Order Modifications**
All sales made through Busy Moms Plan are final. We regretfully cannot offer refunds or
exchanges for products unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. Cancellations
cannot be made once an order has been placed. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate
name, shipping, or billing changes after the checkout process. This includes the inability to
combine or split orders, apply discount codes, or alter shipping addresses after checkout.


**Shipping Fees**
Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused deliveries, order
cancellations, or exchanges.


**Damages and Issues**
In the event that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we are delighted to provide
you with a replacement if inventory permits or a refund in the form of shop credit. To address
such issues:

  • Contact us at Support@busymomsplan.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number, details of the issue, and attach photo(s) and proof of purchase to your email.


Please note:

  • Our dedicated customer support team will thoroughly assess your request and provide detailed instructions within 5 business days.
  • We are unable to process a replacement for a wrong or defective item if the product has been
  • written in or used.
  • Items returned to us without prior discussion and approval for a replacement will not be
  • accepted.
  • Busy Moms Plan cannot be held liable for items damaged during shipping.
